We need a Clinic Physical Therapist for a Per Diem shift in Lomira, WI.
The Physical Therapist provides a skilled, professional treatment to the patient as prescribed by the physician and assigned by the Department Manager.
The Physical Therapist will follow regulations as established by the board, regulating licensing of Physical Therapists, the utilizing institution, and Joint Commission guidelines.
Assignments of the Physical Therapist to the utilizing institutions and facilities shall reflect quality patient care with emphasis on plan care and goals individualized to a patient(s) need.
The care will be provided in a manner which promotes quality, continuity, and safety of patient care.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
