Kondex Corporation is looking for a Laser Clad Operator II to join the Laser Cladding department.
Current opening on 3rd shift 3rd shift hours:
Sunday - Thursday 10:
00 pm - 6:
30 am Training will occur on 1st shift, Monday - Friday 6:
00 am to 2:
30 pm for approximately 10-12 weeks.
Hours can fluctuate depending on customer requirements and training needs.
Set-up and operate all elements of the robotic laser clad cell and meet predetermined rates.
Read prints and routings.
Follow established machine settings and parameters.
Perform lock-out tag-out on equipment.
Perform basic inspections using hand-held measuring devices.
Operate lift devices such as boom crane and hand jack.
Close orders in computer system.
Perform 5S activities, including limited preventative maintenance on equipment.
May assist in training full time, part time or temporary associates in the department.

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
Ability to read, understand, and follow written instructions, prints, and inspection criteria.
Ability to learn more complex equipment.
Ability to work in a team environment.
Prior robotics experience is preferred.
