Our clinic specializes in dog and cat wellness and prevention, surgeries, reproduction, chiropractic techniques, laser therapy and more.

As a result, our certified veterinary technicians will be given the ability to fully utilize their skills in our practice and learn new techniques and processes.
Veterinary Village is seeking veterinary assistants who are:
Genuinely enjoys working with animals and is able to deal with them even when stressed, ill or in pain.
Is well spoken and approaches job duties in a mature nature.
Can support and participate in a team approach to work; works well with all levels of hospital team members.
Ability to build rapport with clients, team members and leadership Job duties include but are not limited to:
Prepare and maintain exam rooms and treatment areas in accordance with clinic standards.
Effectively restrain pets even when large or difficult.
Knows common vaccines and vaccination protocols and can explain to clients.
Understands the importance of a clean and orderly facility; does not hesitate to clean or organize as part of a normal job duty.
Can set up clinical laboratory procedures such as fecal floatation exams, heartworm tests, skin scrapings, urinalysis, ear cytology and fungal cultures.
Assist the technician or veterinarian in acquiring diagnostic quality radiographs.
Can effectively utilize the practice management software (Cornerstone) in accordance with hospital standards.
Performs other duties as assigned including assisting in other areas.
