45/hour and up, plus weekend premium and $500 Sign-on Bonus! Friday - Monday, 2:
30pm to 1am Job Duties & Responsibilities Lead team members in daily operations to ensure high standards of performance, quality, production, and safety.
Train and mentor new and existing Associates and provide guidance to facilitate learning, enhance skills & knowledge, and improve performance.
Address Associate questions, concerns, or problems.
Coordinate and communicate daily schedule and monitor production throughout the day.
Facilitate area meetings to keep Associates informed on concerns and issues, and to solicit new ideas.
Monitor production and performance and provide feedback and recommendations to Operations Management related to procedures, performance, quality, safety, scheduling, labor distribution, cost savings initiatives, and other functional information.
Maintain confidentiality.
Production This position requires work involving physical hardship which includes, but is not limited to frequent bending, reaching, carrying, squatting, climbing, and lifting/handling weight up to 100 pounds on an occasional to constant basis.
Ensure production is running efficiently and processes meet Grande and regulatory standards.
Setup of daily supplies and maintain inventory.
Perform testing and inspection and communicate results.
Write and update Sops.
Facilitate cost reduction efforts.
Maintain a clean working area by performing general sanitation of equipment to keep the work area pathogen free.
Operate, inspect and troubleshoot production equipment, and perform preventive/general maintenance as needed to ensure optimal performance.
Maintain computer systems, records, log sheets, and any other required records incidental to the operations.
Assist with documentation and analysis of experimental procedures and report results to R&D, QM, and PM.
Hooping, scaling, removing cheese from forms.
Regulatory Compliance Complete all required documentation, recordkeeping, and reporting as required by law and/or regulatory agencies, (i.
e.
OSHA, DNR, USDA, FDA, EEOC, DOL, IMS, WDA, SQF, etc.
).
All other duties and responsibilities as requested or required Follow government standards and regulations Provide back-up relief as needed Participate in the interview process for new hires Qualifications & Requirements High School or GED 2 Year / Associate Degree preferred Minimum of four (4) years of related work experience required Leadership skills including ability to effectively speak and present information and respond to questions Strong math, reading, and writing skills Ability to comprehend technical instructions/policies/procedures in written, verbal, or diagram form Proficient computer skills in D365, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook), Mobile Manifest, etc.
