Lomira Auto is currently seeking a Service Advisor/Assistant Service Manager to join our fast paced, friendly atmosphere.
Reponsibilities:
Greeting guests promptly.
Obtaining guests and vehicle information.
Clearly reporting all vehicle symptoms as described by the guest.
Determining and recommending needed maintance based on age, mileage and history of vehicle.
Prepare a complete and accurate estimate of cost for labor and parts.
Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughtout the day, and updating customers frequently.
Working with technicians, detailers, and sales team.
Training coaching and growing our team.
Requirements:
